Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of the VoiceUZ platform, including our website (voiceuz.com), APIs, SDKs, and related services. By using VoiceUZ, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

VoiceUZ provides real-time Text-to-Speech (TTS) and Speech-to-Text (STT) services via streaming APIs. Our platform includes voice synthesis, speech transcription, voice cloning capabilities, and related developer tools.

2. Account Registration

To use the VoiceUZ API, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VoiceUZ to:

  • Generate speech that impersonates real individuals without their consent
  • Create deepfake audio for fraud, harassment, or deception
  • Distribute content that violates applicable laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our models or infrastructure
  • Exceed rate limits or circumvent usage restrictions
  • Use our services to build a competing voice synthesis platform

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

4. API Usage & Rate Limits

Each plan includes specific usage quotas (measured in audio minutes). Overages beyond your plan limit will be billed at the per-minute overage rate listed on our pricing page. We may adjust rate limits to ensure platform stability.

5. Service Level

For Pro and Enterprise plans, we target 99.9% API uptime (measured monthly). Enterprise customers with custom SLAs have separate availability guarantees. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to text you submit for synthesis and audio you submit for transcription. We do not claim ownership of your input or output data.

Our Technology

VoiceUZ models, algorithms, APIs, and documentation are our proprietary technology. Your license to use our services does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

Voice Clones

You are responsible for obtaining proper consent before cloning any voice. You represent that you have the legal right to use any voice data submitted for cloning.

7. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are in US dollars and non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

VoiceUZ is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can close your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your API access will be revoked and any remaining data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email or website notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
